In this study, an integrated electrospray pyrolysis process was designed to continuously produce a representative nano-catalyst TiO2. A numerical model also developed simulate the flow behaviors and droplet transport inside reactor. The electric field particle tracking were coupled describe process. effects of key parameters, including electrode configurations, applied voltage, charge density, type carrying gas on distribution, collection efficiency, investigated help design optimization results show that potential strength decrease rapidly with increasing distance away from nozzle. addition, is important parameter affecting efficiency. investigation parameters shows applying voltage ring using “gas-bleed” introduction method are more conducive improvement in
